Eligibility Criteria for Family Dollar Survey :
- No purchase is required to participate in the survey contest. The purchase will also not increase your chance of winning. (However, purchase is required for the online participation)

- The prize currency will be as per the winner’s country of residence (except in Korea and Honduras, winners will receive the prize in USD$).

- Entries having exceeded the specified will not be counted as valid.

RateFD Survey has three different methods to participate –

Rules for Entry Online :
- To use the online entry method, you have to make a purchase at a Family Dollar participating shop and held onto your receipt.
- You have to go online to www.ratefd.com
- Please select your preferred language from English or Spanish
- Now please enter the Transaction Id. You will find it on the right side of the Date and time in the receipt.
- Click on the “Next” button.
- There you have to answer all survey questions based on your last shopping experience.
- After completion, you will be entered into the sweepstakes of RateFD Survey
- Entry per person per day is 1.
Rules for Entry without Purchase :
If you want to enter into the RateFD Survey without making a purchase, you have the option to submit a mail-in entry.
- You have to write the following on a piece of paper “Please enter me in the Empathica Daily Sweepstakes for a chance to win one (1) Daily Prize”
- Next, write down your email, name of a participating client, and mail the paper with enough postage to the following address:

Prizes to be Won:

Winners Selection:
Winners will be selected through a random draw which will be conducted on the eighth (8th) day following the Daily Sweepstakes end. The decision taken during the draw will be legally binding and final.
