Prize and Winning List
Prize of $25 Phillips66, Conoco or 76 Gas Card will be awarded to the winners. From July 1, 2020, until September 30, 2020, a total of 180 potential winners will be picked up. Thrice there will be Sweepstakes Draw; with 60 winners will be chosen each period. The retail value of the card is $25.
Winners are required to perform further verification which will be communicated to them accordingly once the results declared. Post verification, Cards will be dispatched to the winner within 15 days.
Gas Cards can be redeemed at any participating Phillips66, 76, or Conoco retail locations. The winners’ list will also be available at www.gasvisit.com within 30 days of winners’ selection date.
Rules and Regulations:
- Winners will be notified on or after the Winner Selection Date and will be communicated via telephone, email, or mail.
- On receiving the news, the winner must acknowledge the receipt of the notification within 72 hours.
- Reply to the notification of winning with the physical address as per the similar medium of the notification by including the following information such as full name, mailing address, date of birth, and verification regarding US citizenship.
- Failure to respond to the notification within 72 hours or with the incomplete physical address and identification information will lead to the disqualification of the winner. In that case, an alternative winner will be chosen by the sponsor.
- There is one limit per entry within one day. The same goes for the postal entry.
- One person can win one prize per month.
- The 24 hour day will be counted from the beginning from 12:00:00 a.m. EST till 11:59:59 p.m. EST of the following day.
- Any attempt by any person for more than one entry by finding similarities in name, email address, or any other credentials will be straightaway canceled nullifying every other entry.
- In the case of the postal entry, no photocopied or reproduced copies will be accepted.
- In case of stolen, late, lost, discredited, ineligible or incomplete postage, Sponsor will assume no responsibility whatsoever.
