Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 31, 2026 • Governing Law: Standard International Web Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NewsToolBar (the "Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

For legal notifications or questions regarding these terms, contact our legal desk at newstoolbar72@gmail.com.

2. Description of Service & Aggregator Architecture

NewsToolBar is a real-time, automated news aggregation service. The platform gathers publicly available RSS feeds from international news publications, generates AI-assisted executive summaries and context badges ("WHY IT MATTERS"), clusters duplicate stories covering the same event, and directs users directly to the original publisher for full long-form reporting.

3. Intellectual Property & Publisher Rights

All article titles, publisher names, brand logos, trademarks, and original excerpts displayed on NewsToolBar belong exclusively to their respective copyright holders. NewsToolBar operates under Fair Use and standard digital aggregation frameworks, preserving full attribution and providing clear outbound links to source articles.

4. AI-Generated Summaries Disclaimer

AI executive summaries and "WHY IT MATTERS" bullet points are generated automatically using large language model algorithms for convenience and synthesis. While we strive for high factual accuracy, automated summaries may occasionally contain nuances or omissions. Always verify critical facts against the primary publisher reporting.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NewsToolBar, its founders, or operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to access the service or reliance on third-party news reports.
